I really enjoyed the pizza at this restaurant, but unfortunately had a negative experience with the delivery driver. The driver tried to refuse delivering to my door, insisting that I meet them outside instead. When I pointed out that I had received delivery to my door from this restaurant before, the driver reluctantly agreed to deliver to my door but continued to have a bad attitude and made rude comments. I was disappointed by this unprofessional behavior and told them that I did not want to deal with such issues when ordering pizza. It's unacceptable for delivery drivers to refuse to do their job properly. I suggest that Pizza Chicken Hot 4 u address this issue with their delivery drivers.

My three friends and I ordered food to be delivered to our hotel. The pizza was extremely greasy, the chips seemed to have been cooked hours ago and reheated before delivery, and the chicken nuggets were mushy and seemed to be made from powdered chicken. To top it off, our order was missing a burger and the delivery person was rude and rushed. We were also charged £5 for a "free" delivery. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and believe it should be closed down. If I could rate it lower than one star, I would.

Finally, I recommend this place when living in the environment, immersing, getting a great service and eating that tastes heavenly.
