Donatos Pizza - Greenwood

The Donatos website got my order wrong. Then, there was no communication with the customers that the dining room was closed. To top it all off, the food wasn't as good as other pizza shops. From now on, I'll take my business elsewhere.

We?ve had Donatos before and it was really good, so I thought I?d try it again? It is not good this time AT ALL, the edges of the crust are all burned, I got a dessert thing and that looks extremely burned. I?m not sure who cut the one pizza but I thinkmaybe they?re blind? I?ve got a rectangle piece, a huge piece, a tiny little baby piece, a piece with no point at theend???????????????? This is more preference, but the sauce is really sweet and does not taste good at all. I was also missingsome toppings on one of them. I paid almost $70 for 2 pizzas and a small dessert, and I?m missing ingredients, have burned crustand an inedible dessert Definitely won?t be going here again.

Before an hour. I confirmed that my pizza was delivered, it wasn't. donatos called and found out that my order was sent to doordash and my pizza was still sitting in donatos. will not be ordered again from here and it was our weekly pizza place!

I have NEVER had such a small pizza for 23.00 nAnd it wasn 't 23.00 good for the 6 triangles I got. Never again.

Other than the bread sticks being tiny and blend, everything else was amazing. My son and I shared what I think was called the owner 's favorite or something like that, which tasted so good nWill have to order that again
