Fireside Brewhouse - Greenwood

It's out of operation. they have made us reservations at a place that is well closed. we drove so on, based on our reservations. I think you should try more to make sure that doesn't happen.

The restaurant has been constantly closed. they have to rise to speed by sending me an email one in an evaluation after a week of the restaurant. we could not eat in the restaurant, it was constantly closed.

This is a fantastic spot for enjoying live music, but unfortunately, the service was quite poor. We had to repeatedly seek out our server to place our orders. It turned into a long and frustrating experience to finally receive our food and drinks. However, once they arrived, the food was delicious!

The group enjoyed the meals but the service was very unreliable and slow. The server assigned never returned after we ordered drinks. After about 10 minutes another server told us she would be our new server but had no knowledge of our drink order. It took an additional 10 minutes for the drinks to come to the table. One of which smelled of soap and was returned to the bar for replacement. After another 10 minutes the server returned to say the drink could not be remade due to a lack of ingredients and a replace order was taken; that drink was never delivered. Our server rarely made it to the table to check in and never addressed the missing drink. No drinks appeared on the final bill.

The food was mediocre and served Cool to cold. The people were very nice and the service was fine but it was a drive for us from Nashville, IN and definitely not worth the drive. With construction and detours, it was hard to reach.
