Kroger Bakery - Greenwood

I give five stars for the French bread! It was so amazing that it made me feel like putting on a yellow vest and protesting outside a miraculous bread factory.

Another issue was that cold items were not stored properly. I always place my cold items on the conveyor belt for easier bagging, but it’s especially important to keep these items separate in warmer weather. A little customer service training could greatly improve the experience here. Other than that, the store itself is quite spacious and offers a good variety of products.

They changed the closing time to 11. That’s fine, but I’m trying to go in tonight, and it’s already 10:00? When did this happen?!? A woman who works there told me a few months ago about the change. But that hasn’t been my experience; I've visited multiple times around 10 and the place was completely open! What’s going on?!

I'm always buying this crotch and it was great! But here in the last two years it's terrible. Disorganize it smells and they are not on their schedule. When I call a pharmacy, it takes a long time to answer or I will be hanged on very unprofessional. I'm with Walmart now and I'm going to take my medication somewhere else, so sad.

This is by far the nicest Kroger I've ever been too, the food selection is great, and you can buy clothes, shoes toys, even have electronics.
