Pizza Pros - Greenwood

Every time I come to Altoona, which is often, I go there. I stopped there today and I will NEVER go back. I went in and there was bad rap music turned all the way up in the back. A stoner came up front and told me to wait a minute. I almost left then, I should have. He didn 't come back for 3 mins. The menu has a few options for cheesesteak the philly is one and just the CHEESESTEAK is another. I said CHEESESTEAK not philly and not philly cheese steak just CHEESESTEAK. And just in case he was to stoned I said. Just the cheese and steak I waited for a while and watched MTV on the greasy flat screen in the sitting area. On one table there was 2 open milk cartons. On another one there was an open box of oreos. The food came about 20 mins later. I got back to my office and there was lettuce, onions, peppers and God knows what else on my sandwich. I don 't trust the kid working will not spit in my food if I go back and I don 't have time to wait another half hour for food. This is incredible. I 'm just glad this happened before our big meeting next week. If they can 't handle this how could they handle a 50 person order. Oh yea and I have the jerk a $5 tip on a $11 order. Waste of money.

Never had this kind of amazing service before. Warren has such a sweet heart and beautiful business. The food was super delicious!

We order pizza there every friday night to be delivered....and this past friday we got our pizza 2 hours late which was cold.....only to find out it was delivered to the wrong place, then picked up by delivery driver and re delivered to us. They offered to deliver a warm pizza and never did. Makes me hesitant to order there again!

Great place and I thank the owner for the wonderful service him and his employees provide they treat us like family Everytime we r there wouldn't ask anything better and u never leave hungry from here if u do that ur problem not theirs

New location! Same great food and service. Great specials for lunch. Boxes available for all you can't eat at the time.
