Roscoe's Tacos - Greenwood

There was ample parking, the service was excellent and the tacos were satisfying with smiling faces.

My burrito was poorly assembled. I had ordered the black bean burrito on a previous visit and it was great, but this time it was disappointing. It still had good flavor, but I was slightly let down.

Today, the customer service at the restaurant was not very friendly. The staff gave blunt answers and there were no kind greetings. I purchased a bottle of sauce but when I returned, I received a bag of sauce without the bottle. When I inquired about the missing bottle, I was told that they had run out of bottles, despite the bottle being advertised on their app. This lack of communication was frustrating, and I found the overall customer service to be the worst I have experienced at this restaurant. Additionally, the individual packets of sauce are priced at 25 cents per 1 oz packet, while a 12 oz bottle of sauce without a bottle cost 5 dollars. Customers can buy 20 ounces of sauce in packet form for 5 dollars, which is 8 more ounces of sauce than the bottle without a bottle. It may be more cost-effective to purchase the sauce in packets if the bottle is not essential.

Delicious Tacos staff treats them like family, but there is space doesn't see the best eating that I will definitely go back there

Roscoe's, to me, is a great example of a 5 star restaurant. Incredible consistency of quality over the years. Their house made hot sauces are brilliant especially tonsillectomy A greenwood institution.
