$6.99 for a little bowl of Mac and cheese with spicy chicken seemed high to me but then the chicken is so hard and dried out you can’t eat it. Nasty

Went to get truck diesel and the fuel card app says they accept my fuel card but once I got in the store they says they can’t run my card due to they system having to be able to prepay for diesel and they ladies in store was really rude about it and the whole process of how to run the card properly they need some training on how to handle truckers asap

This is the best Royal farms I ve been in, It was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The service was great.

This store is completely filthy and the bathrooms are putrid and horrible. Obviously have not been cleaned in weeks.

If I could give this Rofo 0 stars I would. The tall white lady who I’m thinking is a manager is one of the most unprofessional, extremely inappropriate, immature I’ve I countered in awhile. Not to mention her tyrant behavior, foul mouth, obnoxious and unapproachable demeanor. I literally watched her racially profile a black man pumping his gas. Screaming at him from the door accusing him of stealing a 1.75 ice cream. He pulled his pockets out and everything. We walked in and out at the same time and I was in the same aisle and know for a fact he didn’t take anything. Even an employee came out and asked her what was going on and she starting screaming and yelling again. Her behavior was absolutely disgusting and the way she belittled and treated this man calling him names and threatening him was unbelievable. I will be calling corporate. That man didn’t cuss, scream, or belittle her not once no matter how much she deserved it. There were like 3 children in his car. If this is how they train these managers/employees I won’t spend another dollar there. If that man was a different kind of man in the area/era we live in today she could have put herself/employees/customers in alot of danger. Just horrible. This happened 4/23 and I’m still thinking about it a day later.
