Dunkin' - Greenwood Lake

I love Dunkin and loved that they were in Greenwood Lake 10 minute walk. But I've noticed in the past year that they have the worst Donuts. But i've noticed that trend with all the dunkin' donuts. But today, I stopped by for extra large coffee. The cup was half full cold and 90% milk. And it's not the first time. I don't blame the staff. Management is to blame. Proper training and quality control are needed there. I love the convenience of the drive-through, but I'm done with them.

7 people working in that place and u waited 20 min for cold food and 2 donuts after that I had stomach pain because stuff just don t care about working Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I gave this dunkin 1 star for management, the coffee was great service was ok but the management was terrible. As I was receiving my coffee the female manager didn’t quite get her name was rude and disrespectful to an employee working close by, I thought this was very unprofessional especially in front of customers!! I just felt awful for that employee and I hope she gets a different job!

It took over 40 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee. This has happened to me multiple times. Horrible service. Will be going to Cumberland farms for coffee in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
