I hadn't been to a Boston Market in nearly twenty years because of where I live, but I was thrilled to eat there again during my travels. The food was just as delicious as I remembered. Is it fine dining? Not at all. Is it technically fast food? Yes. But is the food comforting, tasty, and generous? Definitely. I'm really glad to see that this chain has survived through the years, as some things and places continue to be wonderfully consistent.
