Starbucks - Greenwood Village

What can I say, it's Starbucks. If you don't mind the wait then you can also enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee that is honestly hard to distinguish from any other flavor out of a box. Almost everything tastes the same and is over priced. The food is just microwaved and not fresh. Half the time the employees talk so fast u can get a word in. And God forbid you say small medium or large and then get the spill of what a grande tall and venti are. Yep. That's Starbucks. This location, that location all locations....

Terrible. Waiting for coffee about 20 minutes… considering zero other clients. Barista, if i can call her so, bot rushing, doing other things, talking about her college to someone… not sure what is going on. Definitely need to change staff here.

This Starbucks is the best I've ever been to. The ladies are always smiling and very friendly. I go out of my way to come here. Keep up the great work ladies.

Nice, big area to meet friends for coffee. No smiles from the barista but realize they are busy with drive up.Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant so provided with options. Soy or coconut milk.Parking: Quite a few spots for parking. I don't ever have trouble finding a spot.

I was HOPING to order a lactose free without oats or almonds or soy. No one offers just plain lactose free milk anywhere; You'd think Starbucks, out of all places, would offer plain lactose-free milk such as lactaid. So, I ordered a soy white choc mocha. The barista asked if I wanted whipped cream and I said yes because who doesn't like whipped cream but I received no whipped cream and there was a two inch space between the top of my cup and where they filled the coffee to.NO whipped cream and 1/3 of missing drink for $5!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY!!!!I was a barista for 5 years, I know what to expect and I won't be coming to this particular Starbucks again for quite a while!!!Disappointed ?The white chocolate mocha was mediocre at best.????Vegetarian options: No plain lactose-free option such as Lactaid.It's all soy, almond or oat based which makes me want to puke! ?
