Greco Pizza - Greenwood

The staff at this restaurant were absolute rock stars when I visited in the evening. Despite a one-hour wait, I was impressed by their efficiency in handling a large number of orders. While some customers were disgruntled, the staff remained professional and hardworking. Witnessing their dedication firsthand made me appreciate their efforts even more. It was truly a fantastic team effort. Kudos to the team for a job well done! Thank you!

I did not receive a call notifying me that most of my order could not be fulfilled because the pizza oven was not in use. I was given $5 as compensation for the inconvenience. I had to order pizza from another establishment as I did not have enough food to feed everyone in my household. Currently, we are still waiting for our Greco pizza to arrive after 40 minutes and it is getting cold.

I only have one issue with Greco - I ordered my pizza for 5:30 but it wasn't ready until 24 minutes later. When we arrived at 5:30, the order wasn't prepared as expected. I hope that when I place an order for a specific time, it will be ready within a few minutes of that time. It seemed chaotic and inefficient with only one girl managing orders.

I love their party pizzas. I usually eat one for dinner and save some for lunch the next day.
