Chili's Grill - Greer

Our waiter, Ashton (Ed Sheeran) was the BEST person there. He brought us refills when we were low on drinks without us needing to ask. He was insanely kind and he looked like Ed Sheeran. He was a absolute top G and if I ever go there again, I would SPECIFICALLY ask for him. Ashton if your reading this, keep up the good work, and you deserve a raise!Kid-friendliness: Ashton was awesome with the kids, just IMPECCABLE service! He should get a raise.

Honestly the worst Chili’s experience ever. Not only were we rushed by a rude waiter from start to finish, our food was wrong and we were made to feel like it was our fault. Not even five minutes after our food was served we were given the check and told to enjoy our night. They did not ask if we needed anything, how our food was, just “here is the check. Goodnight.” When I stated what I ordered was incorrect I was told the manger said it correct and he walked away without resolving the issues or giving it any consideration.

I sit at the bar and ask for a tea, waited well over 10 minutes, I looked over and she’s taking an order! I waited few more minutes and nothing. This is NOT the first time it happened. How about being more attentive. This service absolutely sucks here.

It took a while for someone to say we 'll be with you in a moment even after looking my way several times. I could see that the number of employess were minimal but make me feel welcomed by taking a quick couple of seconds to greet me.

We came here to celebrate my stepdad's birthday, Friday at 6pm, 4 of us and a baby. Absolutely horrendous hostess, very rude and skipped over us half a dozen times, and she was supposed to be a manager! However, both the kitchen manager Patrick and our waitor Ashton was extremely friendly. We never had to flag Ashton down for refills or to get anything; he was always checking on us at the right times even though the restaurant was slammed. Our food didn't take too long and everyone generally liked it: the potato soup had a unique flavor, neither bad nor good; the chicken enchilada soup and Mac n chz was delicious; the broccoli was sort of tasteless. Overall, good experience, only wish the front of house manager was better trained.
