Cook Out - Greer

A little disappointed in my milkshake as they did not mix in the malt but once I mixed it at home it was fine. The food was awesome as usual. Even with a very long line around the building, the line moved quickly.

My daughter and I arrived for lunch at 10:55, but the side door was blocked by a large trash cart. We entered through the other door instead. When we reached the register, the cashier informed us that we would need to wait a moment while she took a drive-thru order. That was fine. However, when she returned, I tried to ask her a question about the menu, but she abruptly interrupted me to say that I wasn't allowed to have a water bottle with me (I was holding my child's water bottle). I explained that it was just water and that I was about to order two meals with drinks for us. She cut me off again, insisting it didn't matter and that I had to take the bottle outside. Given her rudeness, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I've never encountered this issue with cashiers at any other Cook-Out location.

Incredible burgers and hot dogs! The food is not only delicious but also quick and affordable. Be sure to drop by and treat yourself to one of their fantastic milkshakes from a great selection!

This restaurant consistently impresses! The food is always served fresh and hot, and my orders are always accurate. The drive-thru is quick and efficient. I also love the variety of milkshake options!

Food is about average for Cookout. I would always prefer things to be fried recently, but that's not always the case here. But I can't hate too much because it always tastes good. Service can be slow, and lines are almost always long, but the workers are generally nice.
