Very good food and personable, efficient wait staff!

Server was so sweet and we enjoyed many different things! Coffee of course and loved the Omelette I had.

We adore this Taylors, SC location. The wait staff, especially Tyra, and the cooks are all friendly and dedicated. The food is consistently amazing. However, there is a constant issue with being understaffed. The manager or owner should ensure there is more than one server on duty at all times. The hardworking staff can get overwhelmed, leading to customers growing impatient, though it is not their fault. Despite this, all of the employees are wonderful. The manager or owner should strive to do better to retain their excellent team and prevent them from seeking opportunities elsewhere. Additionally, some booths are in need of repairs as the seats have collapsed, creating holes in the middle. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu available.

I am a delivery driver I pick up orders from IHOP quite a bit and everytime I go in I am always greeted with such an amazing staff, no matter who is greeting me that day I always feel welcomed. I normally don't have to wait for my order but sometimes if I do I have no problem waiting for the order I'm picking up. My customers have never complained about their food and are always happy with their orders from this IHOP. I really appreciate the hard work that everyone here does and they are absolutely awesome! I always enjoy getting orders from here ?
