Metro on Hwy 101 is one of the best franchise locations I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and quick, making it a great spot for a fast lunch with fresh ingredients.

I’m somewhat disappointed… I’ve been a regular at this subway for over a year, and while the staff is mostly friendly, I’ve noticed a decline in service over the past three months. There’s one lady I really appreciate because I never have any issues with my order when she’s working. However, today, I ordered a chopped salad without black olives, and my salad ended up filled with black olives, whole tomatoes, and cucumbers instead of being chopped. This isn't the first time my order has been incorrect, and I feel let down because I know the service can be much better.

I received a complimentary cookie with my combo, and I have to say, this place operates like a well-oiled machine. I ordered six fried beef sandwiches on honey oat bread, along with Miss Vickie's Jalapeño flavored potato chips and a Dr. Pepper, not to mention three chocolate chip cookies. The service was quick, and my sandwich artist was both friendly and professional. Interestingly, at 4 PM on a rainy Tuesday in February, there were only two other customers in the store.

My sandwich is always made just as I ask and fresh. Service is friendly and fast!
