Contribuisci feedbackAs we sat eating our meal around 1am in 4/6/24 we notice a rat in the kitchen and told our server. She just looked at us and walked away to tell the other employees. They proceeded to look at the rodent(s) and throw stuff at them. Then a few minutes later I looked and there was a roach the size of my thumb in the same area and that some sort of white powder substance on it. Not sure if it was waffle batter or what. We got our bill and paid our $54 and the server asked “how was everything?”. My husband couldn’t even answer because obviously our experience was not pleasant.
Service was very good. Always great hospitality as soon as you walk in the door.
Now this particular waffle House manager was a total Karen to me. I'm very pregnant (due any day now) and I sat at the front counter waiting for my order. She proceeded to ask me to sit by the cold window because it was a bust Saturday. I looked around at it and there were only 10 people in the whole establishment. I said, are you serious? One of the other waitresses was kind enough to offer me a seat at the other side counter to wait for my to go order. She's lucky I was in a rush or else she would be Facebook famous right now.
The manager service were outstanding at this location. The food quality taste are what you can expect from this chain marginal. You can't beat the value, though.
Professional waitress on 3rd shift works awesome and sweet also quality speed and friendly staff but 3rd are the underdogs that deserve more
