Contribuisci feedbackThe RUDEST people ever! Didn’t get my order right and when I questioned it they gave me an attitude like I did something wrong! Even the manager was rude! You are lucky I didn’t have the energy for you guys. Of course you can’t complain without a receipt. Guess who didn’t give us one!! Never again!
I ordered a Cobb salad and was given a bit of salad in a lid with plastic wrap on it. No one seemed to know what size drink cup came with the 4 for 4 And, though repeated 3 times, still hasd to go back for sauce for nuggets. When I requested money back for the salad they gave me 8$s in cash without tax. I had to request they give me tax back also. It was for lack of words quite a show.
So frustrating that they only take one order at a time through their drive through. I understand that it makes them appear better on their order times, but it actually increases the wait time of their customers. Also makes me less understanding when they get my order wrong, which they did, when it's the only order they're working on.
This Wendy's used to be horrible, but I assume they are either under no management or that they hired an entirely new team of employees. Everyone is super nice now and the food has been great the last few times I've gone.
Husband and I just got off a short road trip and decided to grab a bite to eat. We pulled into the parking lot, and it appeared the entire staff were outside. They were mingling at their cars and smoking. One quickly turned and placed an item back in the car. They grabbed their headset (2 guys) and walked back inside the restaurant. Female on the monitor told us to hold. A manager (it appeared) walked by our car still smoking, sweating profusely on his way inside the restaurant. I called three times. No answer. My husband and I then decided Nope. Either they were under an influence or just didn't want to work. We DID NOT trust that establishment or workers to provide us anything. I will NEVER be back.
