Montiel's Cocina - Gresham

Kasoy and company and shish kabab...a must try!!!! First time trying kasoy special noodle bowl. Delicious in every way! Flavorful broth with fresh noodles. The beef dish as shish kabab is also very flavorful and the bread is soft ! Both place worth the money since the amount is good and the taste is a winner!

Wonderful food cart are that is just starting to fill up and be developed. Lots of food trucks here and I recommend coming. There's: Blue's Incredible Pizza, Lillie on the go, Healthy Panda, Ba bay Quan, Kooten Janal, Shish Kabob, Tom Bing Sushi, Rolling Rocket Bubble Tea, Goblin Grill, E San Thai Cuisine, MegaDogs, Kasoy Co, Montiels Cocina, Daily Dose of Aloha, and Flavor of India. They are adding more trucks here, stay tuned! Tons of seating and there is parking, there is a parking lot. Also this is right off the Max stop Blue Line Ruby Junction, maybe 2 min walk. Also right off a bike and walk trail.

It is starting to look really nice. They starting to build a covered structure in the middle for people to sit. Thai food was very good.

This food cart pod is really coming together! They recently completed an enclosed spot on the premise that has lots of seating and will shield you from the rain and wind. There is a pretty good selection of carts to choose from, but it can be hard to determine which will be open in any given day, even with their posted hours. Despite this, we will continue to visit.

I like this place! The wood fire pizza was great, the Himalayan cart is awesome, the Ukrainian cart is open 7 days a week and unique, even the Mexican cart was fresh and yummy! Will be back!!
