Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Food was super salty and cornbread dry and stale. Store and bathrooms were clean though, and I enjoyed reminiscing with my husband about when the food used to be better at these places. : I'm sad because I enjoy Cracker Barrel and want to see it continue to succeed.

It's cracker barrel... It's always good homestyle comfort food. The food today was good. The service on the other hand, was not. Our server must have forgotten our order, but remembered those around us that were seated after us, served, and had left before we even got refills for our drinks. Then after getting our meal, having to remind the server multiple times that we needed condiments, napkins, and the appetizer we never got. Finally, we had to ask another server for to go containers and lids for syrup cups. Not impressed.
