Firehouse Subs Mineral Point

I left after waiting for a sandwich for more than 30 min. I picked up my son from soccer and went back and it still wasn’t done. Never going to this location or chain ever again.

My experience as a first time buyer at firehouse subs was incredibly bad. I called an order in and clearly stated an item on the menu. They forgot it and after driving 30 minutes i drove back and they still made me pay for it. He just explained it wasn 't on the recipe so it essentially isn 't his fault. The manager also did not have any compassion and completely neglected the issue, she said sorry you feel that way. I wish I had a better experience and at least get an apology. I would not recommend

It took 45 minutes to get two sandwiches with 0 customization. There were 4 employees and about ten guests. Some of the employees could be easily heard complaining about management/ownership. The food is good, but does not justify the rest of the experience. (Bonus: receipts are not given for online orders unless you know to ask the cashier for one.

Came to get a quick bit and took 20 mins with only 2 people in seating area to get there food to… very slow

Had to wait an inordinate amount of time for a meatball sub it seemed. I was hungry and in a hurry but wow was it delicious. Also found it odd that beat Bobby Flay was on the TV.
