Longhorn Steakhouse - Greshamville

It’s ashame I have taken my mother out for dinner the last two times I was there to visit her and we tried to come to Longhorn steakhouse. They give us the same excuse regarding the wait staff! It seems the management for this location can’t get anyone to work!!!

We waited for an hour and a half to get a table. They were not busy. They had tables everywhere that were empty. I work in a restaurant so I understand having a short staff. Once we were sat, our server took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. Once we ordered our appetizer he come back and said they were out. We asked for flat wear and were brought plastic. They were out of real flat wear. So we changed it no big deal. We ordered our food and the server come out and said they were out of ribs. My husband had to order something else. Then when our food came out it was all wrong. They brought Mac and cheese for the whole table as sides because they were out of fries. We love Long Horne but this is not the one to eat at. I really felt sorry for the server because all this is simply poor management!!

The experience met my expectations. The bathroom was clean. Precious, our waitress was great.

Good service and friendly staff. Excellent food, steak is cooked the way you ask.

We came here to eat for my daughters birthday and got called “the whitest table ever” by another table when we sat down. We sat for 20 minutes, not including the 50 we waited for the table but that is not a complaint, without being greeted or asked if we had been greeted by anyone, so I stopped the host when she was walking by and asked her if she could please go find our server because we hadn’t been greeted. She rolled her eyes at me, but did leave to go find our server and got our drinks. The server was very nice and apologetic. The manager was also very nice and the food was good. Good place to eat as long as you don’t mind that the people are extremely rude, but that’s most of Jackson.
