Great staff you had my order ready when I got there and helped me out of a ham when I had under ordered for my event.

Service here is slow. I ordered a latte and it tasted like milk with barely any espresso. If you have the option, go to another coffee shop. Also a cranky old woman works here. Student union standards I guess...

This place has ok food. I like their bagels and breakfast croissant sandwiches. But it took FOREVER to get my latte. Almost half and hour. And then my drink wasn’t even what I wanted. I ordered and iced latte and they gave me a hot latte. When I told them I ordered an iced one, the lady promptly said, “Well you ordered a hot one” and didn’t seem like she had any intention of fixing my order. Nonetheless, I didn’t have time to have them remake my order and there was a significantly long line. As a barista myself, I understand things can get really busy and stressful but decent customer service would be nice. The lady seemed very unapologetic due to the influx of orders and short staff.

Ordered a cafe au lait, received just regular coffee with milk that wasn't steamed at all. Also payed for oat milk, but didn't get that. Waited 10 minutes as well.

Generally quick service and solid drinks, but it is a very popular place. Today I ordered chips and guacamole, and a small pumpkin latte for here (I specifically asked for a reusable mug for here). I received a large latte in a disposable cup, and they were out of chips for the guacamole. It's like he didn't even try when taking my order.
