Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Gretna

Ordered a three meat combo for delivery on ubereats and they didn’t put my beans or potato salad in the bag. Can’t even get a refund. $22 for 3 meats and 2 sides, and they didn’t bother giving the sides.

When to eat with my family the workers behind the counter were not wearing hair nets the food was ice cold and more than half of the items on the menu out of stock they have removed a lot of sides from their menu and the other half of what they say they have they don't price is ridiculous for the food I don't think we will be going back anymore

Fries were greasy and meat was dry. Drink, sauce station was dirty. Had to get prepackaged condiments because I didn't trust the containers to be clean.

I came to pick up order! No one is in charge. Service is non existent. Left and got my refund from Door Dash! P.S. After I canceled order due to worker incompetence they charged me after the fact another 10 bucks. That’s all u need to know. Goodluck Owner is full of bull! Had to credit dispute the money! ? ??
