Royal Park - Greystones

Best Chinese takeaway restaurant in the whole of Wicklow. Can never fault their food or dishes always consistent use high quality food unlike other Chinese takeaways/restaurants. They have alcohol but the only one they have on draught is Heineken which is popular yes but not a personal preference of mine, I would suggest another Asian beer to have on draught such as Cobra or Tiger as it can be drank with meals without getting that gassy bloated feeling Heineken gives. They do have Tsing Tao in bottles but for €5 a bottle compared to €6.50 (I think) for a pint of Heineken it would be nice to have a pint of an Asian beer (assuming it would be the same price) to have with your dinner, especially if your like me and you usually eat here at functions/birthday parties. It’s a suggestion I hope they take on board as I know many have birthday dinners here staff parties aswell as punters who wish to have a drink or two with their meal, I think it would be a change welcomed with open arms. All in all 10/10 personally have never heard anyone having a negative experience here, my go-to Chinese takeout/restaurant.

On Monday, we had a fantastic meal. It would have been even better with some background music. The service was exceptional.

The portion sizes at this restaurant are not proportional to the expensive prices. The main course is priced at 22 euros, and extra charges are added for rice.

The duck was overcooked and the staff were friendly but a bit too attentive. It felt like they were eager to leave for the night.
