The ice cream is really delicious and worth the money, unfortunately the shop is a bit small and since it is located in the direct pedestrian passage in Griesheim, there is no possibility for a larger outdoor seating area. The staff is always friendly, but they often seem annoyed or bored... I know you can't always be in a good mood, but you could at least try to hide it from the customer as best you can until they've left, the best example of That's what Italian families are like, everyone smiles in your face and gives you the feeling that the world is fine, even if the next moment you're alone, they might be at each other's throats again. Wheelchair accessibility: The shop is on the ground floor and therefore very accessible for wheelchair users. Inside, however, it could possibly be a bit cramped so that you may have to back out again, but since I am not a wheelchair user myself, I cannot judge this last point sufficiently.
