Mcdonald's - Griffin

Last couple of times I wait in the line for 10 to 15 minutes just to get old food. always when I come to this place for lunch or dinner, my fries are half filled and eating is hardly warm or old. never fresh except in the morning. the breakfast is good here. if one more mcdonald was closer to me, I would go there instead. sm

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to or ordered from. No matter if we order thru doordash or go to the restaurant, there are ALWAYS missing items. The quality is also always terrible. We received fries one time thay had burnt ends in them... McDonald's is a fast food restaurant but doesn't anyone at this establishment care about how they handle orders? If you don't want to do the job please choose another. I am tired of wasting time and money. It's almost starting to feel personal because every single doordash order is always missing something. How do you leave off two orders of fries but the drinks are here? How do you forget two happy meals but put the drinks? I'm so upset. We won't be ordering from this store ever again.

Drove in the heavy rain today to get lunch while we undecorated from Christmas. My order…Big Mac, QP with cheese , no onions, double cheese burger, ketchup only and a large Diet Coke. This is what I got….a double cheese burger in a Big Mac box, QP loaded with onion, a single cheeseburger with everything on it and a regular large Coke. Really????? I was the only car in the drive thru , so it wasn’t a case of getting the wrong order. Getting an order right should not be this difficult. This will be my last trip to this McDonalds. The manager at this location needs to get this horrible service fixed.

People here are rude . Left us standing at register. Then finally asked did we order with the kiosk. We replied no. And was left standing another 8 minutes until we finally left. 6 people at drive thru window. And no one had the courtesy to apologize for the wait. So no very unpleasant experience I would never spend my money here.

We placed our order and the car in front of us was given our order. They gave it back and pulled up to pickup window. We waited for 2 or 3 minutes and the girl finally asked us if we ordered the 6 McChicken? She handed it to us after the car in front of us had already handled it. We also ordered a iced coffee that she also handed to the wrong car. After she gave us the mcchickens, we waited for the iced coffee. She finally opened the window to see why we was still there. We told her we was waiting on the coffee. She started to give us a hot coffee. Finally another girl made it for us. My husband told the girl thank you and she shut the window without saying thank you or anything. I know businesses are short on workers now but looks like the workers could be trained on customer service. We sure won't be back to this location.
