Pizza Hut Leamington - Grimsby

Food is great usually , but their debit charge for using Debit or Credit Cards for $1.50 just lost my business, as will ANY company that chooses to charge such a ridiculous fee just on principal! Just another way to gouge consumers :

First and last time ordering from this location. It took 45 minutes for our order to arrive and when it did, it was the complete wrong order. We called to let them know and they said they would remake it and deliver it within 25 minutes. 40 minutes later, our order arrived and the dough was completely undercooked and raw (because they obviously were rushing it). I’m writing this review while my pizza is in my oven cooking and it’s been 2 hours since our order was originally placed. Definitely do not recommend ordering from here if you want quality or timely pizza.

We used to love going to Pizza Hut. We decided to try the one in Grimsby instead of our usual place. We were very disappointed. We ordered a medium Greek pizza. It was dry. Toppings skimpy. $29.25.Too expensive. We took it out on the delivery guy, sorry. He deserved a better tip. At first we got a message that they couldn’t take our call.

We ordered lunch for 29 people and had numerous pizzas, wings and desserts delivered to our office. Excellent service! Very friendly and helpful. The food was great, arrived hot and on time. They even worked out how to place the order a different way to save us a little money. Thank you for a great experience and a delicious lunch!
