Taco Bell - Grimsby

This is honestly the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and when I got home and seen it , it was burnt and wasn’t even folded properly , honestly would rather travel to Hamilton from now on just for Taco Bell at least they know how to make things

Quesadilla was really good, the burrito was embarrassing though. Not even wrapped properly. Not sure I'd order again, rather make it at home.

I had placed an online order for 1:15pm, by the time I drove away it was almost 1:40pm. I had to go back as they forgot to give me the fries. No point in ordering ahead..The hard and soft tacos were so soggy and hardly anything inside of them! Fries were dry, decent item was the tiny bag of nachos with cheese dip. Now I know why I haven't been to a Taco Bell in years, waste of money!Definitely won't be coming back here again!!

It’s really unfortunate what I’ve seen happen with Taco Bell over the years… I will no longer be patronizing any of them and will be making my own tacos at home. There is no quality left, even in the taste of the food unless you consider the bottles of pop/juices. Always order beans instead of beef, always get beef and now their french fries have a seasoning on them that taste like barbecue chips and you don’t know until you’ve sat down and tried one. But maybe it’s the fact that since were eating at Taco Bell to begin with we probably don’t care enough for ourselves that they don’t feel they need to inform us of changes. And the lettuce is AWFUL.
