We arrived and she was not there. We called her and she came to us after 5 minutes, as I said She took 10 francs from us for the child, but that's not the problem She was unsmiling and formal, and she worked in a tourist place that needed a nice person Breakfast was on a table prepared in advance, and going out to the buffet had a specific time, as if you were in a military vehicle or in a training place, not in a hotel for the purpose of entertainment and tourism. Checking out at 10am is also official
Fair price, small breakfast but at 5€ so it's okay. We were a couple in room 301 in the off season. Nice little balcony with chair, allowing you to admire a beautiful view (if there is no fog). Clean room and bathroom. No bedbugs (see comment below).
Excellent food at a fair price. The owners accommodated a peanut allergy with great care and consideration.
We stopped at this Guesthouse cafe for morning coffee. We were the only customers on the terrace and were able to drink in the views across the valley to the Jungfrau mountains. An added bonus was watching the para-gliders as they sailed effortlessly on...a warm, still summer morning. A cup of good coffee and a coke came in under but in all honesty I would have paid that just to sit and admire the view.
