Hochalm am Untersberg - Grödig

At the top of Untersberg is this chalet-style café. Simple local cuisine. Fantastic service... amazing views. What is not to like.

The view is simply unbeatable here it is more than worth the small hike from the first café to which you come when you arrive with the cable car. The wooden cabin is also so beautiful. The food was great, we just had barracks with an almdudler and it was perfect. The service was slow and we were ignored a bit, but tbh, if the view is so good, it doesn't really feel like it's important. Go if you can!

Great location and music was good, but food, atmosphere and service was on average sad. The views and walks up here were amazing, although so def is worth a trip

Wonderful service after a hike to the top to a family of four. Menu was perfect in meeting all of our wishes with some unique specials including venison with spatzel, curry sausages, and frankfurters for the kids. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had the Goulash with bread. It was delicious!! Our waiter was very friendly and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The views from Unterberg, Salzburg were spectacular!!
