This was an amazing experience. Doug Horn and the band sounds were beautiful. The shrimp pasta and salmon were delicious. The spinach that came with the salmon was the star of the show for me! You go for the music, not the food. My medium rare steak was the most well done piece of meat I have ever eaten. The desert may have been the plastic sample that was meant for display purposes.
