Starbucks - Grosse Pointe Woods

My husband and I decided to visit the recently opened Starbucks on Mack this morning while running errands in town. The store is clean and well laid out for easy access and quick service. It's perfect for grabbing a drink and going. The seating areas are around the edge, with a festive Christmas tree in the front. The employees were attentive and our orders were completed quickly and accurately. My chai tea was hot and creamy, and the coffee was piping hot. We really appreciated the great service and welcome from Starbucks!

This new location is fantastic, with the same excellent team from the previous Mack&Allard store. The restaurant is now in a beautiful, spacious building with a lovely patio in the front. The parking situation is much improved compared to the old store. Although I can't speak to how it is during busier times, I am excited to experience the new coffee destination.

This restaurant is very popular and the staff is great at serving customers efficiently and with a positive attitude, even though it was only 9:30am. I didn't hear them call out my order and they placed it in the wrong section, so it took me a while to realize it was ready. However, it was a free birthday treat, so all is forgiven.

New and fresh updates. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Outdoor seating and ample indoor space. The bathroom was deegusting though.

Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to us and the wait is always 20-30 minutes. Even when we order ahead, we usually end up waiting an additional 15-20 minutes for mobile orders. I?ve brought this up to management and have been told to not order in the mornings.
