A lousy summer night at the Gebr. Meurer with great courts, what do you want more? A little more attention from the staff! It's a pity if you have to ask the service staff to give up wine or ask for the dessert card. My requirement is that the service personnel ask themselves whether an espresso is desired. There's plenty of air up there! There is nothing to say about the ambience of the garden terrace. The dishes, whether pulpo, noodles, beef steak or also veal scavengers, simply super. It was positive that, because the kitchen had forgotten us, we received a delicious mangosorbet for interim! However, a visit is always worth ...
Have celebrated our wedding in the garden house with 20 people. We celebrated wonderfully remotely in the beautiful garden with a magnificent barbecue buffet. From 2000€ turnover, no rent has been due. It tasted fantastic for all guests. It was an unforgettable evening. I can only report positively about service and quality of food.
The entire complex is inserted into a beautiful park-like property, with several buildings for festivals, meetings, dinners and gardens in Tuscan style. In the Schlaraffenland itself the service is attentive and friendly without notice. The tables with fabric tablecloths and napkins tastefully covered and fresh flowers. We participated in the Brunch offer on Sunday: Appetizers: Vitello Tonato, baked mussels, poched salmon with herbal wasabi, ver. Antipasti, various salads, and my personal favorite shrimp salad with avocado and peach lace. Soups: asparagus soup, table pitz soup with mouth pockets Main dishes: beef balls with merettich foam and potatoes, chicken in honey sauce with ratatouille and potato gratin, pork super tasty crispy crust with Bavarian herb, Viktoria sea bass with almonds, nut sauce and rice that had not seen too sweet. Desserts: hot apple strudel with vanilla sauce, nut roll, raspberry bisquit, white chocolate sauce, nutmeg, delicate bittermousse large fresh exotic fruit salad, self-made ice creams, tiramisu with fresh strawberries. red grapes with vanilla ice cream.... All this for 27, Euro per person, but the drinks go extra catering at a high level.
