Contribuisci feedbackTerrible behavior from staff. Richelle the staff member was at the counter completing some work papers and would not greet me and or reflect I was there. I waited till she was available and asked if a seasonal flavor was available in which she looked over replied no firmly and that was it. I knew any other interaction would this person would not be pleasant so I refused to purchase anything and left.No wonder this donut station is empty.I will be writting to corperate because this type of behavior is unacceptable and rude.
I ordered just a avocado toast and watched 2 people behind me get there 3 drinks and a breakfast first .... usually wouldn't complain but my toast wasn't even crunchy
I stopped by to grab coffee and snacks before a day trip with my brother. Unfortunately, the staff at the front counter were quite rude. While I was halfway to my destination, I discovered that part of my order was missing. I returned today to either get a refund or receive the missing items, but I couldn't find my receipt. I was told that without it, there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t even search using the card I used for the purchase. It feels like I’m just losing money. That's what I get for choosing Dunkin' over Starbucks. If you decide to go there, make sure to check your order before you leave the counter!
This is by far the slowest Dunkin' I've ever visited. There was only one person working, and instead of helping customers, they were preoccupied with labels. I waited for 30 minutes without even realizing how long it had been. The older lady on staff seems overwhelmed and unable to manage the workload. It’s completely ridiculous.
No one at counter. Had to wait for him to come back from outside. Poor service
