Starbucks - Grove

We went in on a Sunday and no one was in line, we had to wait 37 mins to get our drinks. It was insane. No one even warned us of the wait

Put a dome lid on my coffee your supposed to drink from the lid. So it leaks… great thinking right there. Always just horrible service when I go in here every weekend

Lady working at cash was super rude. Didn’t even give eye contact while taking my order. She had so much attitude when I asked to scan my points, she didn’t even scan them. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Recently got hooked on Starbucks. This location is closest to me. The staff are all friendly. Orders made quickly. Establishment is clean. Love that the company encourages reusable cups. Love the impossible breakfast sandwich.

The closers at this location at Grove City are very rude. We bought a coffee around 8:45 and I asked to use their restroom. The little man working said “we’ve already cleaned it for the night.” The store closes at 9pm. They rolled their eyes when we originally walked in and complained they had already worked an 8 hour day. Very lazy and inconsiderate.
