Wendy's - Grove City

In our order of 10 spicy chicken nuggets, we only received 8. We were also short 2 small fries and 2 drinks (a kids' root beer and a small Coke). The fries we did get were cold and only half full.

My experience with the food was disappointing as everything arrived cold. The bread was squished, the fries were at room temperature but well salted, and the spicy nuggets were chilly and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. On a positive note, the lemonade was really enjoyable. I placed my order around 9:30 PM, and I can't speak for service during the day, but I strongly advise against ordering within an hour of closing time. It seems they don't pay much attention, and your food will not be fresh.

The fries were overcooked and as hard as a rock when they arrived.

I only visited this location once, and while the food was on par with any other Wendy's I've been to, the drive-thru service left much to be desired. I attempted to ask a question three times, but for some reason, they just couldn't understand me. They messed up my order significantly, not only failing to provide what I requested but also adding items I didn't ask for. There is some parking available, as well as seating inside if you'd prefer to dine in.
