Pizza Hut - Groveport

The food was perfect - the best Pizza Hut I have been to in years.

I placed an order at 7:15pm and it still has not arrived by 9pm. I called twice, the first time a man hung up on me and the second time a woman gave a runaround, saying that DoorDash picked up the order but it has yet to arrive. I was just notified that DoorDash is still waiting to receive the food and it should be delivered at 9:08pm. I later found out that the order was actually cancelled and we were not given any updates to inform us. This is very poor service and I expect the food to arrive cold. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The kitchen appears dirty and the workers who make the pizza also handle the cash registers. They do not wash their hands or wear gloves before preparing the pizza, which is very unhygienic. The manager, who witnesses all of this, does not take any action. Additionally, the pizza took a long time to be served. This is the worst pizzeria I have ever been to.

Given eta of 30mins, order ready in 1hr 10mins. Also, this location seems to often forget an ingredient in the dough making for tough, rubber pizza. Do not recommend this location EVER

The food was good and it wasn 't cold... However, I had ordered Contactless Curbside Pickup . You get an email after placing an order via this method that says I 'm Here and to press it upon your arrival. I did that and after 10 minutes of waiting, I called the number on the sign in front of me to hear, Oh, you 're gonna have to come in to get your food. Why offer a service you don 't actually provide?
