Starbucks - Groveport

I ordered a Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel made with almond milk. I had to let it cool down because it was hot, that wasn’t the problem. I expected that. So, 30 miles later on the road. I started drinking it…it was the worst coffee EVER! It was so watered down! All I was able to taste was the caramel once I got to the bottom of the beverage!My boyfriend ordered a dirty vanilla chai latte and it was the same watered down experience!We were both disappointed and I write this in hopes that they do better for the next paying customer! I also write this to make sure I don’t come back here again.

The short girl with pale skin, dark hair and black rimmed circle glasses is theeee worst. They need to put her in the back sweeping coffee grounds. I go to this location all the time and ever since she came aboard its always a hassle to get something fixed or she has a rude dismissive attitude. PUT. HER. IN. THE. BACCCKKKKKKK

This is one of my favorite locations. Some of the workers are nice but seems like that change staff bi weekly. Overall they make sure your drink is to your satisfaction.

Yesterday the girl with short hair with glasses is lazy rude and unpressional, how can you employ people like this ? Terrible service were in there every day, ive never seen laziness and disrespect from a person in my entire life. Ill never return and I live in the townhouses right behind
