Hardee's - Grovetown

For a fast food place I got breakfast and it was good. I think 3 is a decent score, like a good one. I'd do 3.5 if I could. The temperature was good, the staff was really nice (exit to Talia), only the problem was that I lacked an item. I called and they told me that I would have a new meal at my next visit. I'd go back. Not even for food.

Ordered from here 2 times. I will not go back. The staff was very friendly. The unfortunate part is both times we have ordered, we have not had the main dish for 2 meals both times. First time ordered, we ordered through postmates. Figured it was just a hiccup. Second time ordered we did pick up, because we could not afford to not get some of our food. Same results. I didn't call the restaurant or go back, because by the time it happened getting the food was pointless because it would just go bad. I ordered through the app both times and there is no option for I didn't get some of my food for refund.

My husband I like Hardee’s but this one, bless their hearts always gets something wrong. Every cashier we have ever had has always been friendly courteous. We ordered the $6 meal box. When it arrived we had a hot dog prepared incorrectly, fries a cookie but no cheeseburger. She got my hot dog straightened out but I had to go to the counter to get my burger. We still, after the frustration, enjoyed our meal. It’s a Hardee’s what can I say.

Poor service. there was no other in the restaurant, but we were waiting to place our order while they visited a car in the drive thru. the drink station was dirty and the limonade had to be changed urgently. finally got our food and the “spicy” chicken sandwich my mannes was like something from the dollar menu at McDonald’s. both burgers were cold and undercooked. the fries were cold, underboiled and very fatty. we spent almost $30.00, but we threw everything in the müll and went on the road to steak n shake to eat dinner.

We decided to go to Hardee’s in Evans this morning for breakfast. It was hot tasty. My husband got the steak biscuits I got the breakfast platter. It has eggs, bacon ?, hash browns biscuit with gravy. It was all good . The service was friendly the wait was short. We enjoyed ourselves.
