Hardee's - Grundy

I’ve went here for years but recently they have taken a nose dive. Don’t order a large Mac n cheese because you will get the small size either way. I’ve had hotdogs and burgers with onions left on specifically after I’ve asked them to remove them, even with it printed on the receipt. But today topped it all. I ordered a bacon beast which only came with meat and bacon. Even though it is depicted on the menu with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. no deluxe option or anything that I could see. I replaced my fries with the Mac n cheese thinking it’s a small so I shouldn’t be shorted any. Then they gave me a half full small cup. If your going to eat here be weary of what you get.

This store needs a totally new crew. No signs of leadership and absolutely no hustle to get food out to customers standing around waiting for their orders.

Food was good, but it has become a bit pricey. For 3 burgers it was almost $30 and the wait time isn't quick.

I walked in at about 11 am. The menus hadn't been switched from breakfast to lunch yet and had to wait about 10 minutes before someone came to the front to take my order. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. The fries were fresh and hot but the tenders were just warm. I was kind of surprised considering lunch had just started.

Used to be one of my favorite places. I don't know what happened but the past several visits have been extremely poor. I waited close to 30 minutes on my food. No biggie, maybe they're making mine fresh. I get it home (less than a 10 minute drive) and the fries had been sitting for so long that they were stuck together, barely warm. The cheese on my cheeseburger wasn't even melted, meat, buns and everything barely warm. The bacon looked like it was leftover from this morning. Honestly, the whole meal tasted like it was made hours ago and stuck in a microwave. Definitely wasn't worth the $20+ dollars I paid for it. I will not be visiting this location again in the foreseeable future
