Sport-Hotel Victoria - Gstaad

While the hotel location is excellent cannot say the smae about the owners and staff.rude ,abusive and extremely agressive towards us. Would nevwr visit the place again nor recommend any south asian family fo stay here unless they wish to be harradsed and made ro feel threatened

The food here is exceptional, both quality and size of portions. This is a restaurant that I will visit again. It sets you up for the day. Very reasonably priced. Warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The most attentive and proactive service team. casually changing languages from German to French to English to Italian and then to Spanish to accomadate all Guests. So comforting , welcoming and easygoing! : An absolute pleasure to be here. The food is defo worth the price. I had the cheese burger cooked to perfection. The patty was gigantic and came sizzling with a gorgeous swiss melted cheese and toasted buns. The team will go to all lengths to make you feel at home in this little paradise. Had a very average pizza here made worse when noticed around a third of the pizza base was undercooked. Never seen that before. When I flagged it to the manager, they took my complaint personally and were offhand with me. I don’t know why.

We had hired an apartment in Gstaad and decided after a long day to get a takeaway, we ordered a pizza, salad and a rosti, get back to the apartment we found that the rosti was not cooked, in fact it looked awful, if you cant get a proper rosti in Switzerland where can you get one, anyhow the pizza was average and so was the salad, next day we took the rosti back only to be told that we should have brought it back straight away, if we had that would have meant everything else would have got cold, no offer of a replacement or refund was given. the price for the tree items was sky high, we wont be going back there again.
