Ben Jerry’s - gstowne

When I went there yesterday the service was amazing. Maaz was there and unfortunately just by himself. But he still performed excellent service and was very accommodating to our requests for a caramel instead of fudge for the hot fudge Sundae.

So impressed by the team at this Ben Jerry’s location. I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday party via the store’s email and received an almost immediate response confirming they could do it and asking follow up questions. They were so communicative and accommodating of our requests and timeline. Brittany, who made the fantastic cake, and Maaz specifically went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal catering service at Museums of Illusions. Customer service was through the roof. Invite them to more events!!

Did a great job handling all the people who came here

March 11 i ordered ice cream cake for my sons birthday, which is today March 18,..when my husband went to the store to pick up the cake they just said that they don't have our order,..we showed the email to staff but she just keep saying i don't know,...i also tried calling the store multiple times but they just keep hanging up...we paid for that cake already and we need it today...
