Contribuisci feedbackIt's pretty hit or miss. I get mobile ordering and sometimes it's ready for me in the ten minutes it takes to drive there. Others, there's no one in the store and the baristas are chatting while I wait an additional ten minutes for the order.
To the long haired young male at the service counter: When someone states they do not want a plastic bag for their order do NOT condescendingly state that I’ll need it, then proceed to give them 2 huge bags!! I took my order out of the bags and returned them to the employee, then miraculously managed to carry my dozen doughnuts and box of coffee 15 feet to my car.Listen. To. Your. Customers.
The older gentleman at the counter is nice but talks entirely too much, resulting in long lines. Just give people their food and let them go. They finally added a second cashier, and she is fantastic. Very personable but keeps the line moving.
Came in at the rush, just to get a cup of joe. 20 minutes, and 3 inquiries later, after many, many other people who came in behind me, I still didn't have my coffee. Had to leave because I was late for a meeting (and it was too late to ask for a refund).I know it was the morning rush, but how hard can a latte be?
I ordered 6 donuts, coffee and 2 waters for my daughters. They gave me one water, i asked for one more but they told me that they charge $0.27 for cup, I said there is no problem and I left $1 in the tip cup. So tip cup is fine but if I dont put it there then cup is 27 cents...
