Voilà Pastry Café - gstowne

Our sweet pastries (beautiful! were definitely a bit of the sweet side, but the savory pastries nailed it. The real star was Nikolai who made us great coffee, answered all of our questions, and made everything sound so good that we walked away with more than we expected to. We'll be back!

Pastries are a bit too sweet, no tables or chairs or public restroom due to covid concerns even though most places consider covid over now

Had the caramel macchiato and the pistachio cake. Both were phenomenal, so glad I decided to try it out.

Interesting flavors in nice combinations. All the cakes were too sweet — probably because of the icing — which masked the flavors in sweetness and gave the icing a more grainy dry quality than ideal. IMHO

Definitely not our new go to place. Went for croissants, sold out at noon. Bought cookies and chocolate pastries, just meh. Still searching for our go to French bakery.
