Super Mex In Hunt - gton Beach

You know when you get to a restaurant, and can tell if it's good or not just by trying their salsa and chips? .well.. this is not one of them. Very high prices, for food that it's not that great.

My son and I were sick so I placed a to go order. Picked it up, got to my house and there were no chips and salsa, utensils or napkins. I called and they said I can come back and get some. I don’t live close to the location, and figured they would remake my crispy tacos since I had to drive back. But according to Jose, the manager said no and wouldn’t remake my food. The shells were soggy and disgusting. Never returning! Been a loyal customer since the 90’s. Terrible customer service! And on top of it all, the 2 taco combo cost me over $16!!!!! Outrageous!

This meal was very tasty! The service Gabriela provided was top notch and above and beyond. I highly recommend this location for tasty food and fun ambiance.

Terrible experience do not recommend for dog lovers or pet owners. Even OUTDOOR seating (which we chose specifically for our dog) the manager was unreasonable and simply petty. I brought my dog in her little enclosed stroller and he said I had to take her out and put her on the floor because it is germy (my dog) and obviously taking her out and putting her on the ground would help keep their place cleaner... she was in her stroller! Not out or on a chair, etc. But he would rather have us take her out and walking around on a leash than in there?! Makes no sense. I did not see how she was bothering anyone as she is very quiet and we take her with us to dine on patio seating frequently. For context, she has separation anxiety and would rather come with us than be left alone. She is very good, not barking and disrupting others usually people don 't even know she is there. She is a small yorkie poodle mix and we bathe her at least once every week, usually more because we take her on walks often. Unreasonable.

Really good food and service. Great way to end the day after the beach.
