The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I came for an interview with a different company, and the interviewer informed me the bathroom looked like that for an entire week!! Do better.

75% of the time that I order from this location, there is something wrong with my order. The last 3-4 consecutive times I've ordered, my cinnamon crunch bagel has arrived covered in seasoning from their everything bagels and I end up spitting it out in the trash and throwing the rest away. It's so gross to bite into a sweet cinnamon bagel only to be assaulted with a mouthful of onion/garlic flavor and to then see that it has coated the entire underside of the bagel.
