The Blend In Wash - gton

I want to start by praising the usual service at the Blend Hut! The staff are typically very friendly and the drinks are excellent. I usually order an iced tea without ice to avoid it getting watered down. However, today there was a new young woman working. She was friendly at first, but when I paid with a card and declined to leave a tip (as I usually leave a cash tip), her attitude changed. She became less friendly and did not refill my tea (I assume because I asked for no ice, although this has never been an issue before). My suggestion would be to advise new employees not to focus on tips, and instead focus on providing consistently friendly service for better results.

I give the Affogato a perfect 10 out of 10, and the caramel crème was delicious too!
