Bill showed cheddar cheese added. Waitress was always told, Thank you each time she brought something to the table. She never once acknowledged it being said once. Doubt I 'll return. Paid 84.00 before tip for 2 pizzas, 8 wings, and one Miller Lite. Could 've accepted the cost more if the waitress would 've been the least bit friendly.
Pies and Pints was outstanding. My best friend and I went here before a concert and couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we walked in the service was wonderful and the food was delicious.
The descriptions of the food vastly exceed the flavor. We had the Thai and chipotle pizzas along with the nachos. Neither pizza tasted anything like the descriptions. The nachos were not delivered until the same time as the pizzas, defeating the purpose of an appetizer. All of the food was very below average. The Thai pizza and nachos were both incredibly salty. I have never been opposed to salt, but these were awful. The only positive was the crust on the pizzas was good.
I ordered a large margarita pizza with pepperoni and extra mozzarella cheese yesterday. However, they only put 10 small pepperoni on a large pizza, and I don't think they added extra cheese because it looked normal. The main issue is that I got food poisoning after eating the pizza for lunch. 30 minutes after eating it, I had to rush to the bathroom. I thought was something else, so I ate the rest but the same thing happened when I ate it again later that night.
This place is a downtown gem. If you like pizza. Many many topping choices and options. The Root beer on tap is arguably better than A&W on tap. The service was tip top. Conner was as professional as they come. If we were locals, we’d come here regularly for the pizza.
