Starbucks - gton-Fayette

During a VERY busy time, we ordered ahead of time and one drink in our order was a nitro cold brew. The staff waited until I was there picking up our drinks before they poured the nitro so it would be fresh. This extra effort was above and beyond but shows a level of care and commitment that we don’t often see.

With how simple my drink is. This location makes it the best. You can tell they care a little more than all the other locations I’ve been to. Place has a great vibe to it and all the workers are the nicest I’ve seen in a Starbucks. Thanks guys keep it up! 10/10 for

I have been in the store multiple times and usually no problems. Today was just in your store, and Stood at the register to place an order. Neither of the employees acknowledged me, or spoke to me, or offered to take my order so after standing there for about four minutes, I left.

Staff was very friendly and prompt with their service!

Everyone here is very friendly and the coffee is great!
