If they really want high-quality sushi, they go through the hot fridge into the best kept sushi restaurant I know. the sushi is the best I had so far in a year. the hamachi sashimi is cut into large beautiful slices. ask for the sauce they use on the pulpe, a Ponzu style sauce with extras. a really great experience and one I can't wait to repeat.
